OOOOOOOO IDEA FOR K-POP DEMON HUNTERS 2!!!
Everything is fine and dandy for Huntr/x - their music is top of the charts, their bond is stronger than ever, and aside from a demon attack every other week or so, the souls of their adoring fans are safe. Turning the Honmoon golden is still a work in progress (it didn’t turn golden at the end of the movie, right?), but at least they’re having fun while they do it.
A competition in which musical groups from all over the world gather and compete to see which country comes out on top is fast approaching (I’m thinking something like the Olympics, but with music instead of sports). Korea is where the competition is being held this year, which means Huntr/x has to pull out all of the stops to represent their country and, most importantly, come out on top for their fans. But as soon as the competition starts, the demon attacks begin to increase exponentially, with bigger numbers. As Huntr/x does their best to keep back the demons, they find assistance from the most unlikely source: the other musical groups, who all turn out to be Demon Hunters themselves!
Demon Hunter groups from all over the world being gathered in one place can’t be a coincidence, and the fact that the demon attacks seem to be coordinated to their own attacks doesn’t seem good. Huntr/x and the other groups don’t agree on much - different cultures clashing and all that - but they do agree on one thing: there’s a traitor in their ranks. And if they don’t find who it is, Gwi Ma might finally get his wish of having the Hunters eradicated for good.
I saw a beautiful photo on Instagram of an artist’s interpretation of a Demon Hunter trio from Hawaii, and it gave me a great idea for a sequel: Huntr/x teaming up with Demon Hunter groups from different cultures!
I love the idea of a foreign music group helping them defeat a demon horde, Huntr/x staring at them shocked afterwards, and then them replying, “What? You really thought you were the only Demon Hunters?”
What do you think?
