(Disclaimer, I have yet to play Act 2 so if any of the information clashes against the story or doesn't fit at all, do pardon it 🙏🏻 I personally also have been avoiding spoilers for Act 2, 3 and the DLCs so please bare with me 😭 The stuff here aren't final so I will definitely update them as soon as I play through the game)

Ophelia Hirthe grew up alone with her dad, Martin Hirthe, who was a senior Constable himself (a Red Bobby, specifically) and he was the one who brought her up into the constabulary.

Mum left them, away from Wellington Wells a long time ago, and her dad says she was a deadbeat who despised the family, which brought up Hirthe's complicated love-hate wonder for her mother.

Her dad was an aging old man and health complications finally got the best of him and soon passed, leaving Hirthe to live alone in their house, continuing her duty as a constable.

However, the memories start flooding back in and she realizes maybe her mother wasn't the villain she thought she was, and her dad might actually be hiding something. Additionally, she finds some old letters hidden in the house that came from her mother, and some even directed to Hirthe herself. All of them presumably kept away by her dad. But this struck a revelation to Hirthe that her mum might be still alive out there somewhere. So at the end, she pledges to escape Wellington Wells in the hope to find her mother and to uncover the truth, along with Sally and Gwen.

Anyways, that's about it 👅👅👅 I am so eager to make more content of her soon. I love my girl so much
