How did they meet?
Short answer: At work. Long answer: The pair of them met on the battle of field in Wutai. Roche was only a mere infantryman then sent on a courier mission to deliver supplies to men fighting in the trenches. Roche's party was ambushed leaving four out of the five members of the entourage dead. Sephiroth and a small team of his cohorts appeared on that scene to recover the supplies Roche still had strapped to his back. As the war progressed, Sephiroth could spy a potential in this young infantryman and it was upon his recommendation that Roche was entered into the SOLDIER programme, and thus become a member of the Alpha cohort.
Who flirted with who first?
The circumstances here are a little cloudy at best, considering that fraternising with fellow SOLDIER's - no matter the rank - is forbidden. Still, there was no true moment in which either would flirt with the other to initiate something deeper than what was supposed to be a professional relationship. More so it was built on the fuel of adrenaline and mutual desire as the pair began working closer together on missions. A spontaneous fire combusting in the heat of the moment, if you will.
If one would ask either of them, however, they would point the finger at each other.
Was it love at first sight or a slowburn romance?
Slowburn, for certain. It would take almost 2 years after their initial meeting before sparks began to fly.
Did they start dating right away or were they friends before things became romantic?
They would never officially date, given that such things were forbidden within the ranks. They could very well be considered on very friendly terms once Roche reaches Third Class for the first time. But even this was kept close to their chests, both would perform with an artistic talent the roles of the superior officer and his subordinate.
What was their first date?
Wall Market. Roche had somehow managed to convince a sheltered Sephiroth to take participate in the battle arena there. They won every single fight pitched against them until they were both eventually barred from taking part.
What are their favourite things to do on date nights?
Not so much a favourite activity, per se, but rather a necessity if they wished to keep this relationship away from the public eye. The majority of their 'date nights' are spent behind the closed doors of the penthouse, away from prying eyes and callous whispers.
Do they still go on dates after being together for a while?
They certainly continue to see each other, yes.
What is their love language?
Roche's love language is the act of listening; he will become much quieter and calmer in Sephiroth's presence, absorbing everything he can of this man and learning what makes him tick. Sephiroth's in turn is acts of service. Both are quite noticeable to others, though mostly on the battle field if they're ever together. With Roche's determination and focus and Sephiroth acting as his shield they are a force to be reckoned with.
Who kissed who first?
Perhaps surprisingly, Sephiroth was the one who made the first move, though it could be taken that Roche goaded him into it~
Who started the relationship?
We could suppose that Sephiroth did with that first kiss. There was never any official starting point, or conversation about it. Simply something they merely fell into.
Monogamy or Polyamory?
Definitely monogamous. Both are far too jealous and possessive of the other to allow a third party to enter their midst.
Are they/do they plan on getting married?
They're in it to enjoy it while they can. SOLDIER has a surprisingly high turnover. Marriage is probably not on the cards for either of them, and thus it has never been discussed.
Who proposed? Was it a yes or no?
Neither, marriage is not on the cards for them.
Do they want kids? Who brought it up first?
No.
Do they already have kids, together or from previous relationships?
No.
Do they have any routines/rituals in their relationship?
Not typically, though it could be said by anyone with the opportunity to look from the outside in, that Roche is the one who gives the orders in this relationship. A role reversal as such. But he is, in short, a wild and chaotic character. Routine only works for him in his professional life, no where else. Sephiroth on the other hand knows a few tricks to keep Roche on a much shorter leash than he'd realise. Rewards for certain behaviours gives him the element of control Sephiroth enjoys so much.
How do they take care of each other when they are sick/hurt?
Being SOLDIER, they would be forced to take a step back and allow the company medical teams to handle any injuries or sicknesses. Though instances like this are exceedingly rare, it has never truly been an issue that has cropped up for them.
How do they like to spend time together?
Away from the public gaze wherever possible. The consequences they would face if they were ever discovered to have anything but a professional/platonic relationship are quite dire. Though more so for Roche given he is of a much lower rank.
What are their favourite non-sexual forms of intimacy?
It would possibly be talking. Though let it be known that Roche does the majority of that while Sephiroth would simply sit back and listen. There are occasions where Sephiroth would manage to get a word in edgewise, but it wouldn't matter either way. He enjoys Roche's passion even for the small things.
What are some of their favourite things about their partner?
Physical prowess, the way they can both dominate and own a room has a lot to do with their mutual attraction, but this can be considered an afterthought. Roche's favourite things about Sephiroth is his juvenile curiosity; he always has questions, always commands answers and Roche, being a little more streetwise than Sephiroth, would often have an explanation for most things. He has pretty green eyes too~ Sephiroth enjoys Roche's passion for the things in his life, particularly when he becomes animated or even agitated about such things. His general ferocity is fascinating to him.
How do they comfort the other when they are upset?
Both are increasingly touch starved, a simple hand hold, or an embrace is usually enough to ease any emotional pain the other may be feeling. Though it is important to note that this level of touch is a huge deal to both of them. Sephiroth displays a level of displeasure to being touched by any other person, Roche however is often aggressive with his concepts regarding the personal space of others. So to be gentle and tentative is in neither of their natures unless it is with one another.
Who buys the other spontaneous gifts?
They both do this, though on very different levels. Roche will buy a gift as a sign that he's been listening and has learned something new - the gift will always be pertaining to this new snippet of information. Sephiroth will be the gift giver as a part of his acts of service, as in he would usually need to be asked for the thing, though there are occasions where he has picked up a trinket here and there simply for the fact the trinket sparked a thought about his significant other.
What position do they sleep in?
Sephiroth likes to have his own space in the bed, and will usually lie close to the edge of the bed. Roche sleeps like a toddler and often looks as though he's been dropped from a great height. Limbs everywhere.
Do they bathe/shower together?
Not really. They're both quite tall and muscular... they tried once and Roche caused some serious flooding in the penthouse bathroom when he accidentally shoulder barged the faucet. Escaping the penthouse floor out of the window wearing nothing but a flannel to cover his modesty before maintenance occupied the place was not fun...
It gets mighty cold outside that high on the tower.
Do they do anything else in the bath/shower other than wash?
Listen... anyone who says they've never peed in the shower is a damn liar! Other than that not really no.
In the bedroom - Vanilla, a little spice, or kinky af?
Depends on the mood. All three sometimes.

They share the spotlight here equally. There are no real preferences.
For applicable ships - who is more dominant/submissive?
Neither are particularly submissive, but Roche is the one considered to be more dominant than Sephiroth in the bedroom.
What is their favourite sex position?
There are no preferences here.
Do either of them enjoy bringing sex toys into the bedroom?
Roche has a penchant for dominance. He has brought handcuffs and other such restraints into the bedroom, but usually he prefers to use his own hands for this level of sex play.
Favourite place to have sex?
Where Sephiroth prefers to keep such activities purely in the bedroom, Roche has a taste for voyeurism and has often attempted to try his luck in many public spaces. Sometimes he succeeds, sometimes not.
Most adventurous place they’ve had sex?
Adjacent to the helipad situated right above the presidential office.
How often do they fight? What about?
Rarely, but when they do it usually starts with something particularly stupid... and it's usually Roche who starts it.
Have they ever broken up?
They aren't officially together, but no.
Messy breakup, amicable split, remain friends, ride or die or til death do us part?
These two most certainly are of the Ride or Die persuasion. Sacrifice is a present factor in their lives as is, so this is second nature to them.
