A nice shirt and nice pants, possibly with a nice jacket, is always a simple and more andro/masc look. You can spruce it up by wearing some makeup. You could also do a nice skirt and flat shoes with no makeup instead.  Depending on the occasion, you might go with a plain colored shirt or a shirt with a funky pattern. Plain for more formal, patterned for slightly more casual/fun.

I know quite a few enbies like going the route of a more ruffled (aka pirate-like) shirt with a nice suit-type jacket (aka doesn’t completely hide the shirt under) for an andro look.

If you’re short like me, you’ll probably need to get the pants and shirt sleeves (if long) tailored or roll them up a couple times.

I always like cardigans or vests. Depending on the cardigan, you can make the look more masc or more feminine.

If you want to make it a little fun, you can always add an appropriate scarf, bowtie, tie, and/or hat. Other accessories (watch, jewelry, etc.) can also make a look more personal and give you control over how masc/andro the look is.
