Karen Troubles - Selvira Oneshot (Selever x Elvira)

Selever and his girlfriend, Elvira, had gone to the nearest supermarket in order to buy a few groceries for their dinner. They somehow had run out of everything so they needed to make this trip. The demon boy was hoping it'd be a quick trip since he didn't like going to supermarkets much. This was because it was an infamous spot for worldwide hated Karens.

The two had split up to get the shopping done sooner. Selever was going to the frozen food section whilst Elvira went to a different aisle. This was supposed to be an easy and quick shopping trip but it seemed like the fates had a different idea in mind, unfortunately.

As he had finished grabbing some of the frozen food that the two would need, he left, the items put neatly into the red basket he had gripped in his hands. He walked towards where Elvira should be, a lazy grin on his face as he walked in her direction.

As he neared his girlfriend, he had suddenly stopped in his tracks, a look of sheer horror made its way to his face upon seeing who was in front of his girlfriend. A hideous creature known as a Karen was there. If that wasn't bad enough, the Karen was shouting at Elvira and Selever could not allow this. He walked over to the two, a dark look on his face as he approached them, not looking forward to this encounter with such a monstrous beast. He stood before the two before Elvira had noticed him and sent a small smile in his direction.

"Why are you shouting at my girlfriend?" Selever had asked, well more like demanded towards the Karen, a dark look remaining on his face as his arms crossed over his chest and his right foot began tapping up and down, showing that he was being quite impatient with the public nuisance.

"Her outfit is way too inappropriate! My kids shouldn't be exposed to such a thing! And how are you her boyfriend?! You are way taller than she is! You can not be her boyfriend! She's a kid! You're an adult!" The Karen had screeched out in an annoying tone.

Selever's fist clenched upon hearing this excuse and lie the older woman had screeched at him, his dark look remaining on his features as he stood in front of his girlfriend, wanting to protect her from such a beast.

"Her outfit isn't inappropriate. And children? Please. You're a great x10 grandmother, you ancient monster. Just because I'm taller than Elvira, doesn't mean I'm an adult. She's my girlfriend and we're roughly around the same age. So I recommend that you shut the hell up and leave us alone, you old hag." Selever harshly said before dismissing the annoyance and turning towards his girlfriend who was trying to hold back her giggles upon hearing what her boyfriend had said towards the Karen.

As the woman was left speechless, trying to process what Selever had said to her, he had grabbed Elvira's hand and had walked away from the hag, as they had the opportunity to get away from her as she proved to be distracted.

As soon as the two were out of sight from the Karen, Elvira released her laughs as she was now able to.

"Pffft-haha!" Elvira laughed out as she held Selever's hand. Selever lazily smiled upon hearing her laughs before releasing his own chuckles.

"Thanks for dealing with her, Sel." Elvira had thanked her demonic boyfriend who had nodded towards her.

"No problem. No one is allowed to insult with you, El, so of course I'd insult the hag back." Selever had waved her thanks off as the two continued to try and shop peacefully. ⊱ ────── {⋆⌘⋆} ────── ⊰⊱ ────── {⋆⌘⋆} ────── ⊰

Elvira: Hey, look, it says "gullible" on the ceiling ;)

Sel: Pfft, as if I'm falling for that~

Ruv: We're not that gullible.

Kell: *plays the video of Ruv falling for the coin in the water bottle prank and snickers with Elvira*
