Day 11 - Guilty Pleasures
We’re a family that quite enjoys spending time at home. So I think it’s actually not a huge adjustment (except the lack of school, activities/sports, and socializing). So, we don’t eat out a restaurants much - except a firm family favorite is Burger King. I admit, I have no problem whatsoever with fast food. It’s yummy, fast, and cheap. Not the healthiest I admit, but come on - how bad can a burger really be? We don’t always order fries! So, BK’s is also considered a restaurant and the one we frequented a few times a month, has been shut down.
But Hubby had to go to the other side of the lake today to a bike mechanic (mechanic’s can continue to operate, I learned) - and there is a Burger King with a Drive Thru. Bingo! Loophole!! What a treat to not have to make lunch today. Mommy was a happy camper!
Co and I stayed home. Hubby dropped off a bike outside the garage, but had no contact with the person inside. I believe there was also no contact at the Drive Thru window of Burger King.
I forgot to mention yesterday - Grandma went to play Mahjong again. Same people and now she promised to not go out again for 2 weeks except for outdoor walks.
Everyone healthy. SIL in NJ is getting there...
