#selfie verification

A few weeks ago i spoke about how Twitter suddenly asked me to give them a selfie to prove I'm human in order to like a tweet, or else my account will stay like a ghost on the app without any way to acces it.

Now they're forcing this on the Bulgarian email ABV post (АБВ поща) and the bank DSK.

WITHOUT ANY WARNING FROM NEITHER //BEFORE// IMPLEMENTING THIS!

The bank straight up says your data will be processed and other dangerous stuff. Idk about ABV cuz i don't use it (and there are hack attacks every other month. Zero security in this site).

I believe YouTube was the first to be affected by this.. i got the selfie verification notification last summer. YouTube NEVER said that my country will have this option, i only remember reading about the US, maybe UK and another country?

But yeah i had to use random elderly guy to bypass the test. Just to watch a "suggestive" MUSIC VIDEO.

Apps currently affected by this in Bulgaria:

YouTube, Twitter, DSK mobile app and ABV post.

This was out of the blue; I got no notification for this.

My own fucking post is now inaccessible to me without having to trust that my id or face won't get sold to some ad people or worse.

I'm pissed, quite pissed indeed

also @primarchpenissucker you should know if you'll ever visit Reddit for nsfw purposes. sigh.

edit: apparently Reddit algorithms cannot estimate my age, so they asked for that information. Still shitty to not notify, but at least there's a reason.
