So this is me --- non filtered and filtered!!!

And me over here is down 4.8lbs this week!! WOOT WOOT!

I can’t say I was 100% with tracking this last week, for example the night I was sick and said fuck it and bought a Wendy's burger, fries, and frosty. The sick body needed junk.

But this last week I did make a major effort to have as many or most of the day on track as possible!

I am now at 302.4 --- I am about 18 pounds away from my lowest weigh-in (which was in June). But no biggie, I shall get back there eventually. :)
