Day one carnivore in full effect. Burger patty’s with eggs. DROOL 🤤 Egg yolks really give a sluttiness to this dish 😜🖤 Excited to test out the carnivore way of eating to see how it makes me feel. Anyone else give it a go? I’m not even doing spices... I’ve done modified where I used spices but this time just animal kingdom and a 4 Oz limit on dairy. Day 2 of my Whole[insert number here] experiment in the books, and I already feel accomplished. Whole2 it is 😂. Cast iron skillet beef fajitas! As it turns out, it's delicious with no cheese, sour cream, tortillas, beans, or rice. Thinking of what I GET to eat, not what I "can't". Turns out - hard boiled eggs taste awesome as snacks.
