Kuatlah...
Bukan untuk dirimu sendiri lagi, tapi untuk orang-orang yang kau sayangi.
Mentalmu boleh hancur tapi ingat, ada mental orang lain yang harus kau jaga agar tak hancur seperti milikmu.

Did my first strength workout in a long time today. A little of everything--abs, arms, legs. It felt really good to feel my muscles work like that. Strength also breaks up my workout into smaller segments, which is good for my easily-bored brain. And the strength equipment at the gym doesn’t face the TVs, so I don’t have to deal with CNN overload... Plus, when I’m doing strength exercises my mind doesn’t wander into weight-loss territory as much because they’re not about burning calories, which is good for my mood since focusing on weight loss is really triggery for me.
I need I should
It would be a good idea to do this more often! I feel good when I remember to let my muscles do their work!
Behavioral Theory, of learning
Self-monitoring Like jotting down your actions and desires throughout the day.
People cannot regulate their actions without knowing what it is they do, and why.
Self-instruction Like leaving yourself a note to review your class notes before the quiz.
By establishing stimuli, the learner is reinforcing good habits.
Self-reinforcement Like setting small goals and rewards in reading the pages of a chapter.
It is still unclear whether reinforcement’s success is contingent on an internal source (self), or an external source (teacher).
Brain: Congratulations! You finished reviewing another chapter. Have some chocolate.
Me: Don't mind if I do...
