In writing posts on a blog, is a blogger alienated, or estranged, from his or her own labor and the product (i.e., the posts)? If not, would Karl Marx say that both the blogging activity and any resulting content exemplify his ideal? In short, are bloggers de facto Marxists? Or are we entrepreneurs better suited to Capitalism? In this respect, we can distinguish the free-standing blogger from the blogger who works on a blog owned by a company (i.e., others).

what’s the FRF?
it's the Fuji Rock Festival, the most famous music festival in Japan.
Atoms for Peace performed in 2010,
and Radiohead performed last year.
i think it's likely that Atoms for Peace will perform at FRF again, if they'll come to Japan in this summer.

aw lucky thing
I am an astral projection of myself. It is nothing fantastic, but merely a (dis)embodied way of living out my sense of self-alienation. Oh, how distant I have become from people in the past couple of years. I began as a starry-eyed nomad but turned into a lone wanderer somewhere along the way. I've wrapped myself up in a cocoon of apathy. My desire for connection hasn't been annihilated completely, but rather put on tranquilizers. What will bring me out of my stupor?
I technically now have a degree in creative writing, but I am not too proud of my work. It's not that I've left empty-handed; I've certainly learned some important things during the course of this pursuit (or during the time during which this degree was pursued, if that makes sense - for some of what I went through had more to do with my personal life than my professional one, although the two are inextricably intertwined)...but I am left wanting more. This wanting is a two-sided coin; on one hand I am grateful for this desire. On the other hand is disappointment, but I also don't want to get too caught up in that; I'd rather focus my energy on what I can possibly do to grow, rather than wallowing in regret. At the same time, I wonder if I'm not being hard enough on myself.
These are just preliminary remarks. More later.
