-think before I speak. Every time.
-keep some things to myself.
-remind myself and learn to calm myself down (using reminders)
-stop taking everything so personally
-eat at least 900cals a day. Must keep down. In order to work out, must eat enough to cover for that. Ex. Work out and burn 400cal, eat 1300.
-go to the gym at least 5 times a week.
-listen. take it to heart.
-go to therapy to learn. go to unload what is necessary.
-start keeping a constructive journal. Write what happens every day, good and bad. Write how to solve the bad.
-wait for other people to invite me to things. stop assuming I’m wanted there.
-give people time to cool off.
-SPEAK. MY. MIND. But in a constructive manner.
-apologize. mean it. don’t let it happen again. If necessary, isolate myself to let it sink in.
-Stop doing things to be petty.
-Stop talking badly about others. Especially things they can't change. Build them up instead.
-do my fucking work and do it well.
-learn how to give space. Even if i need closeness, they might not.
-people are allowed to cancel on me. People are allowed to be angry at me. People are allowed to tell me that I am wrong. People are allowed to change. And it’s okay if that happens every 30 seconds or 30 days or 30 months or years.
-Above all, learn to see that it is necessary to work harder to get what is needed. Stop letting people down.
