Gained 1 pound. Not at all surprised. But more importantly I bought some snacks for my friends who are coming over tomorrow and I started eating some of them and literally could not stop. This is why I cant have junk food around me. I'm so mad at myself. But I was also drunk so I had even less self control than normal. And I'm really mad about it all. But again we can blame that on the alcohol.

I was doing soooooo good till my parents came to town! Since August I've been doing real good. I was eating like a champ and doing well fitness wise.
