Well, at the time this is posted, I'll be at a con as myself. Funny considering I formed AT a con earlier this year.

Now, at the time of writing this, I've been editing more of my clothes. I wasn't able to get everything picture perfect, but close enough. A lot of DIY today and then the past few months I've been gathering pieces of my "cosplay" by thrifting and a Shadow kin I know is helping me put together the cosplay because she's very experienced in cosplaying, and she's going as her past self: Shadow.

I think she's trying to get her girlfriend to be Sonic, our body's sibling who is also a system to be Tails, and a friend to be Knuckles, but we will see if anyone else follows through on that plan of Sonic characters, all that I know for sure is that us Sonic fictionfolk are going to be ourselves.

Our seats were to the left side of the building, and was the 12th row of 20. A lot of the time, I would fly up with Shadow holding onto me because guess what, it's kinda hard to see when you're 3 and half feet tall and the majority of humans were 5-6 feet tall.

Once I even flew around the whole room without getting too close to the stage.

But one of the times we were on the ground, it was during "Heavy Metal Lover." I looked over at Shadow, his eyes were relaxed yet were glued to the stage. He was tapping his foot to the beat of the drums. And I saw him smiling. Genuinely smiling.

I think that's the moment I fell for him. Not coworkers. Not just a crush. Not just a simple one-time date like many others. I fell hard.
