It is R U Ok? Day today in #Australia. So naturally I ask anyone who finds this post, worldwide, R U Ok? But how hard is it to actually say no I am not ok. Or even know how to answer someone if you are lucky to have someone or many people ask. I myself am well practiced in changing the subject. But why? Sometimes I unload my mind or to talk or share in the hope I’m listened to, yet I can’t or don’t want to burden people. Then at the same time willing to listen to those who need it, in the hope they don’t feel depressed or have anxiety wash over them even if only for 10 minutes, or feel like I do more often than not.
