Ingredients: 1 cup pumpkin seeds. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 300F 150C. In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning and salt over the pumpkin seeds, and mix well. Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the seeds are golden and crispy, stirring occasionally for even cooking. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
