It boggles my mind that people are still surprised when I answer the phone at work. Like, I've been church secretary for 2.5 years but you still are shocked when I answer your call?? Who do you think works here??
People with office jobs who can't figure out how to use email will be the death of me. I got 2 emails today, TWO that said there were attachments and either had nothing attached or, OR, they had a scanned copy of our business card attached. Like what? I'm so confused? Where are the documents we ordered? Clearly not here? Why can't you use a basic email program? You are all either secretaries or lawyers or people who should generally know how to make an attachment.

As a secretary I can tell you that the new year is nothing to celebrate. It means weeks of ruining receipts and legal documents by writing the wrong date. 2014 2015
