Progress: 1 month The skin on my hand is very raw and tender. Any little tap or scrape on it results in blood blisters. The more I exert myself, the more red and puffy it becomes. There is a lot of scarring. #seconddegreeburns #ouch

A lot of people are asking me either A) If Iām okay, or B) if they can see my leg. So I figured Iād make a post and throw up some pics for you sick sons of guns. Thursday Tim & I floating on the river, like I do every summer. Heres what happened:
After little sleep Thursday night, I had a 9 hour shift at work Friday, by the end of it, my legs were swollen and constricted by my jeans. Felt like a million little bee stings by any touch.
I woke up Saturday with lots of little blisters. After lots of convincing from my best friend, I went to the walk in and told them about the swelling and chills I had all night.
Couple hours later, at the doctor. Oh look, the swelling went up and so did the redness. I got a cream for the SECOND DEGREE burns, and learned I had heat stroke.
After being banned from work for the day, I took a little nap and woke up with this. What, The, Heck.

I'm not allowed outside anymore lol. My first real burn in my life an I get second degree burns and sun poisoning. This is just dandy.
