SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 6, 2020) -- As a show of force against increased Communist Chinese maritime aggression in the region, two United States Navy nuclear-powered aircraft carriers....USS Nimitz (CVN 68) and USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76)....sail through the contested waters together -- with their cruiser and destroyer escorts nearby, and part of their air wing overhead.
