Hi again (same anon who did the Meddling Monsters KISS thing) :3
Camp Scare because omg yesss!
As you said it's Shaggy's old camp, but Fred is still a bit hyped about it, cause it's a human thing and I like the idea of him, Velma, and Daphne being excited about things like that. Also, because of vibes, Luke is a human, and Trudy is some sort of monster (dunno what kind tho). Any whizzle, they get to camp, meet the campers yadda yadda. At some point the Woodsman shows up and winds up taking off Velma's head in front of Luke and Trudy and oop! secret's out. Luke is slightly traumatized; Trudy is comforting him.
Another big change would be Daphne foregoing scuba gear when they're investigating the lake, as she is a ghost and not in need of it. (Fred doesn't necessarily need it either, he's just not a fan of water in his lungs. Probably feels really gross.) She winds up traumatizing the guy pretending to be a sea monster by phasing through him when he chases after her.
It's been a while since I watched it but that's what I remember.
Also, would you mind sharing some of the differences in "What's New Scooby-Doo?", like your favorite episodes? Or The New Scooby-Doo Movies (for this one I do have a few suggestions, such as the Batman and Robin ones, or the Addams Family (*Snap snap*) episode?) Only if you want too of course!
ooo i didnt think about the lake part!! i like the idea of daphne just going down there, no scuba gear, lmao. im sure the gang would spawn their own "urban legends" just by existing. also since they're supposed to be councelors, maybe fred has on a cute bucket hat or mountie hat hehe. blocks the sun.
ALSO YES!!! I know about What's New and New Scooby-Doo Movies heheheeee!!! differences... there's so many episodes!!!! I'll just do the ones you listed, and more will probably come whenever I feel up to it
THE DYNAMIC SCOOBY DOO AFFAIR:
When everybody "hides" when batman and robin first show up, I think Daphne just turns invisible and Fred turns into a bat and goes to the rafters. Once they see it's Batman and Robin, Daphne reappears behind them and accidentally scares em a bit haha (or at least robin, I don't think Batman would be phased)
There's GOTTA be a joke in there somewhere about Fred also being a "Bat man" considering he's... a vampire
When they need to be taken to the batcave, Daphne suggests they 'don't mind being blindfolded' so that the secret location of it isn't revealed. I think due to being a ghost she can peek anyway >:) she wouldn't tell, of course, but she loves knowing where it is now
I think Fred doesn't have a problem eating "batmilk and cookies" because he knows it's highly unlikely to be made from actual bats, and even if it was, he's not a BAT he's a VAMPIRE... completely different! Shaggy still gives him a sideeye.
Shaggy turns into a werewolf from the coldness of the milk, and this is when it's revealed to batman and robin that the gang are all monsters! Just in time to enter Joker and Penguin's Batman and Robin Exhibit.
In the moving hallway room Shaggy may transform to achieve his super speed and reach the door anyway haha. either that or run really fast, transform, and then bc he's so much faster now, smash through it and leave a cut out impression in the wall!
I think it'd be great if both Scooby and Shaggy chased the "skeletons" (Penguin and Joker dressed up) for bones. I feel like Joker and Penguin would be a lil more hasty to run from them considering they just saw this mfing werewolf bust down a whole solid door on accident
The upside down house segment would be TOTALLY different. For one, Daphne isn't that affected by it. She can just float around! She probably acts as a telephone between Batman, Robin, and the gang. Going through the floor/ceiling to talk, then trying to get back. The only problem is, with the constantly rotating house, she gets lost :(
Fred in the episode says "I always get a weird feeling when I stand on the ceiling" that lines up SO WELL with vampire fred I may add to his powers by saying he can walk on walls and ceilings for a short time :) which also makes the whole house turning thing less confusing. But poor Velma, still getting shaken around.
All this chaos goes double for the warehouse segment. I think there's a lot of good gags you can do in there. Daphne getting stuck in some contraptions by accidentally phasing through, FredBat getting stuck in the elephant head with shaggy (that would be so awful for them lol), Velma's head getting dunked through a basketball hoop, etc
WEDNESDAY IS MISSING:
I always found the fact that the Addams are TV characters in universe weird, so I'm eliminating that. It's much more fun if they're just humans with a deep respect for the creepy and ghoulish. Which I think Fred, Velma, and Daphne really rock with :)
Fred assumes Gomez is a vampire cause he can walk on the walls. He's quite confused when he's just a human. I think this goes for a lot of the gang.
Velma detaches her arm to give Thing a proper handshake hehe. they match!!
I think instead of the house's weird decor giving Fred the creeps he'd remark on how it reminds him of his childhood home lol. it still freaks out Daphne and Velma though. Fred is a special kind of freakish.
Daphne lays down on the bed in the locked room and shaggy wants to join for a rest, but scooby stops him. turns out the bed is full of nails! daphne's like 'oh, oops! guess this beds only comfy for the dead :)'
not much needs to be changed honestly! a p good episode all around, and lots of the dialogue fits the monster gang too
