“The Color Purple.” I guess we all know by now that Ghanaian rapper and filmmaker @blitzambassador will be directing a musical adaptation of American writer Alice Walker’s Pulitzer award winning novel “The Color Purple.” The film will be co-produced by Oprah Winfrey who was an actress in the drama adaptation of the same novel by Steven Spielberg in 1985, Quincy Jones, Scott Sanders and Steven Spielberg.
