I haven't been wasted in roughly forty-three hours. This is not a drill. Β
"You know, you never realize how cramped these things are till you're surrounded by butts and they start closing in on you," Evan said to the person next to him as he rode the bus to the College.Β
Moony: I think there are some things we need to talk about.
Is it just me or is this evening particularly silent?

Sirius was late for class (surprise). When wasn't he late? He walked down the hallway, side stepping to avoid bumping in to anyone. For someone who was late he wasn't walking very fast. Who wanted to go to English? It was one of those classes everyone had to take, regardless of their major, in other words an excuse for the school to take more of their money.Β He opened up the back door to the classroom, his normal seat taken today he sat in the closest available one, right behind a certain red head. He took his seat, not bothering to be quiet. Sirius dropped his bag on top of the desk and leaned forward "Pst," he whispered rather loudly in the other's ear. "What'd I miss?"Β
Ten more minutes. Ten more minutes and this class was over and he could go back to his room and take a nap, or eat, or do whatever. He could make it. He was not going to make it. He pulled his phone out under his desk and scrolled through his contacts looking for someone he could harass. He stopped at Remus' name in his list and began typing out a message. You know my cousin thinks you're cute, when did you become such a womanizer? He hadn't really even had a chance to talk to him since school had started, they definitely needed to catch up.
False Tones
Yawning, Remus made his way out of his bathroom and got dressed for the night. As he looked down upon his arm, he had to hold back a laugh, shaking his head. How on earth did Andromeda manage it to take him that much by surprise so she could get her number on his arm? Apparently hot water didn't do much about the texture of the pen so he simply sighed and let it stay, deciding to put on one of his jackets in addition to his gray shirt. He quickly grabbed his phone and his keys as he was just about to rush out of his apartment as he remembered that he should most probably text Andromeda beforehand.
'Off The Record, 4500 Woodman Ave, can you manage it to come in around an hour? Remus'
As he kicked his door shut with his foot, he send the text towards Andromeda. He ran down the steps that led to the parking lot and got out his keys in order to open his car. Sliding into the driver's room, his radio came to live which caused him to frown, well, maybe he should go back to his room and get his USB drive with something that didn't sound like a whining cat.

After doing his fair share of grocery shopping and an almost endless time of driving in silence, Remus pulled up at the bar. He already heard the sound of guitars as he made his way through a crowd of people that waited for entrance at a club next to it. The student picked up a flyer on his way into the event room, sitting down on a table near a wall but close enough to the stage so he could see some of the acts going on. Briefly he flicked through the program and grinned, perfect, two hours of live music and then a bit of freestlye, whatever that meant.
