Greetings Instagram Humans ad Fellow Primates - I Am An Owl Monkey AKA Night Monkey. Owl Monkeys are found in South America and as a group, are the only nocturnal monkeys. They face dangers due to habitat loss. They are valued as research animals because they, like us, can contract malaria. A cringe-worthy number of these primates seem to be part of the pet trade - at least their are lots of Instagram photos of people posing with these animals. My preference would be to let them live in their natural habitat and project that habitat.
