scientiamignoti liked this for a starter
"Ah, so you are the mortal capable of stealing my son's heart," she paused for a moment, lifting his chin to her, "I would congratulate you, if it didn't mean you would be taking my heir from me."
"Jane! You look really great, I mean-- you've always looked-- but with everything that's happened, time's just been really... --It's good to see you."
Janes, meet your brother, Del.

There is nothing unfamiliar about thewarmth of Jane's bony butt and thecold of Jane's curling toes againstDarcy around two in the morning. The desert wind's shake the camper. A coyote howls and Darcy wonders if the coyote has a friend sticking its cold toes against their leg too."--Mnngh, wear socks you icicle-"But Darcy wiggles backward untilshe fits snug against her boss, herfriend, and when Jane begins toquietly shake because she's sotired of waiting- (not for him, for answers, for success)-Darcy turns around and holds heruntil she falls asleep.

scientiamignoti replied to your post “so basically some stuff happened and I ended up with a Riptide blog”
You just reminded me of my blink blog you cruel person
simple solution: you should get on your blink blog and I should get on my ripetide blog and we should make magic happen
on titles
[ Basically, I've been sitting on this headcanon for a while and now I want it on my blog. ]
By default, Erik introduces himself to people with his title, Doctor Selvig, and, until an official first-name basis is established with someone, will always default to calling them theirs. Agents Coulson, Romanov, and Barton. Ms. Potts. Doctor Banner. Captain Rogers (which seems right in his mind). Even once a first-name basis has been established, he will still introduce them to others or speak of them in their absence by title more often than not.
A few exceptions to this:
Jane and Darcy, being his closest friends and colleagues, get referred to by their first names when he is referencing them almost always, no matter the audience. However, in Jane's case, he often needs to bring her up in a professional setting when discussing her work, and in that situation, always uses her full name, Doctor Jane Foster. Others might say "Ms. Foster" or simply 'Doctor Foster", but he loathes both variations. The first undermines her accomplishments and the second, to his mind, always has been and forever will be her father.
Tony Stark, who he refers to simply as "Stark". This is for several reasons, but probably the strongest two being that's how most people around him reference the billionaire (besides Tony or simply Iron Man) and because, once again, Mr. Stark seems to belong too much to Howard, who Erik met in passing a few times.
Hello! I have a question on theme 31 I was wondering if there was a way to keep the theme layout when you're on other pages such as permalinks and created pages rather than just the blank palette (Lovely themes by the way :D)
There is a lot that have to be edited, so I made the version where the permalinks and pages is not a blank palette, the code can be found here
