World spinning, music pounding, bodies dancing, liquor pouring, pills popping. All quite the regularity for Klaus, it was another Saturday night and he’d found himself in a dingy club on the rough side of town, he hadn’t ventured to this place before so he figured he’d give it a try, he didn’t care as long as there was drink and drugs, and there certainly wasn’t a lack of supply at this place.

His night had started, a few guys had taken a keen interest in him and Klaus was lapping up the attention and free substance. By midnight, he could hardly remember his own name, let alone what he’d taken. The pills he’d taken in particular, happened to be laced with some bad stuff, and he’d taken a considerable amount, since the guys had been offering them to him frequently. After the first couple, he was so relaxed, he did whatever they said, whatever they offered

He had been dancing, grinding upon one of the guys without a care in the world when his stomach churned. He quickly left, making his way into the alley outside the bar where he proceeded to throw up. Next thing he knew, hands were grabbing him, his eyes were heavy, he forced them open to see the three men from the club, but they weren’t offering him more drugs now, they were roughly grabbing, wait.. were they dragging him? Klaus couldn’t think, he was too high to fight back with any force at all.

To an outsider, this couldn’t look good, a man who couldn’t string a sentence together, with bruised inner elbows, being manhandled and dragged into an alleyway by three other, much stronger guys? Very suspect but then, who would be out at this time (and not be drunk) to notice? It was hopeless. “Help!” He called out into the darkness but a fist collided with his face, instantly making him shut his mouth.

It was late in the afternoon and Klaus was admittedly bored. Laying upside down on the couch when he heard Diego come in. Wiggling his fingers in greeting as he used his elbow to prop himself up. “Hey, so Ben and I were thinking... what if you.. taught me how to drive, hm?”

Klaus almost jumped out of his skin. “Hey… Five? It worked… I did it!” He lets out a chuckle of relief and nerves.

“I know this sometimes doesn’t last long, so… cutting to the point.” He clears his throat and stands up.

“I’m sure there was quite a bit you needed to pass on, so in case my memory fails me I’m going to write it out. You just need to dictate for me.”

Five frowned a little, wondering if there really was anything he needed to pass on. They’d managed to save the world even if it had led to him dying in the process. Perhaps it had been for the best - without a world to save he had no real purpose and after so long he really needed a break. 

Five had already turned his back on Klaus enough to get away with the wide smile on his face about the mug- that was a reaction he loved, honestly. Then he felt a tiny, very light blush creep onto his cheeks at the compliment- Dolores had complimented him before, and the Handler, but compliments from people were still something he had gone a long time without and wasn’t used to these days. He huffed when Klaus hugged onto him, giving a light shove to his brother. Proud, He liked when people other than himself were proud of him.

“I like it.” He said finally about his outfit. “I can see why you wear them.”

Allison scowled a little. But she’d been expecting the mocking. “Hey, watch it, before I throw my shoe at you instead. And Vuitton’s leave marks.” She stood up, looking behind her to see if the damn bug had crawled back out of its hidey-hole as she wiped her hands down on her pants. No such luck. 

She folded her arms, only taking a step, or rather an undignified hop forward, her shoe having been left forgotten on the floor for the time being. She tilted her head at him. “What do you mean, try something? Like getting an army of phantom movers together? Last I remember, ghosts just go through everything they touch.”

Five watched Klaus smoking on the couch, moving to sit on the table in front of him. Okay Five. Five had his arms crossed, watching Klaus like an older brother about to scold his younger one. Well, that’s not wrong. Five wanted to help Klaus get... a job, or really if he didn’t want one, at least a license. Something. Klaus was fun, sure, and his favorite (no he never told anyone that), but that was why he had to say something. “I think you should start thinking about getting a license, or a dog even to take care of.”

The Mun decided to use her own dice and rolled a 10, but since I’m sure Allison has proficiency in insight she gets a +2 so 12. 

She knows he’s up to something but can’t tell what, and even though he has a shit poker face she can’t seem to figure it out. She narrows her eyes at him. “Did you steal mom’s pearls again?”
