సాధారంగా జూన్ లో స్కూళ్లు ప్రారంభం కావాలి. కానీ కరోనా ప్రభావం కారణంగా  ఇప్పటి వరకు స్కూళ్లు తెరుచుకోలేదు. ఎప్పుడు తెరుచుకుంటాయో కూడా క్లారిటీ లేదు. కొన్ని స్కూళ్లు ఆన్ లైన్ క్లాసులు నిర్వహిస్తున్నాయి. కరోనా బాధితులను కాపాడటంలో కేసీఆర్ ఫెయిల్ ! అధికారికంగా ఎక్కడా కూడా ఆన్ లైన్ క్లాసులకు పర్మీషన్ ఇవ్వలేదు. అయినా కొన్ని ప్రయివేటు స్కూళ్లు ఆన్ లైన్ క్లాసుల పేరుతో ఫీజులు వసూలు చేస్తున్నాయి. కానీ ప్రభుత్వ స్కూళ్ల విద్యార్థులకు మాత్రం ఇప్పటి వరకు ఎలాంటి క్లాసులు లేవు. దీంతో వారు ఆందోళన పడుతున్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. స్కూళ్లు తెరిస్తే పరిస్థితి ఎలా ఉండాలనే దానిపై రాష్ట్రాలకు.. కేంద్ర మానవ వనరుల అభివృద్ధి శాఖ లేఖలు రాసింది. మందులే లెవ్వు.. స్టాక్ పెట్టుకోవాలంట. సర్కారు కామెడీలు.. ! అయితే.. స్కూళ్లు తెరిస్తే ఎలాంటి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలనే దానిపై విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రుల అభిప్రాయాలు తీసుకోవాలని రాష్ట్రాలకు సూచించింది హెచ్ఆర్డీ మినిస్ట్రీ. అలాగే.. విద్యాసంస్థల యాజమాన్యాల అభిప్రాయాలు తీసుకోవాలని కూడా చెప్పింది. మతి పోగోడుతున్న ‘దృశ్యం’ పెద్దపాప అయితే.. స్కూళ్లు ఎప్పటి నుంచి రీ ఓపెన్ చేయాలనేదానిపై మాత్రం ఎలాంటి క్లారిటీ ఇవ్వనట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి సమాధానం వెళ్లాకే.. కేంద్రం ఓ నిర్ణయం తీసుకునే ఛాన్స్ ఉంది.
