7:30-8:00 wake up
8:00-8:45 : morning walk + breakfast
8:45-9:00 : skincare + affirmations
9:00-10:00 : first class
10:00-11:00 : second class
11:00-12:00 : third class
12:00-1:00 : lunch break
1:00-14:00 : fourth class
14:00-15:00 : review notes + do homework
15:00-15:30 : tidy up area / room
15:30-17:00 : free time
17:00-18:00 : yoga / exercise
18:00-19:00 : dinner
19:00-19:30 : shower + skincare
19:30-20:00 : review calendar + finish homework
20:00-21:30 : journal / read
21:30-22:00 : lay down for bed

out techers just put out time and days of classes! i'm really happy that i have two days off and that the time between classes isn't so big (well, i still have 5 hour gap on monday, but i will probably spend that time in the library)
