So far school has been great. I'm struggling a little bit trying to keep up with my morning routine just because insomnia. Sleep is even more important because I have ADHD so it's impossible to focus when I didn't get enough rest in. But other then that classes are great I have the sweetest teachers 💕 my English teacher is a literal angel, he really enjoys the way I write and my outlook on things, I think he's trying to push me a bit to get a career into writing. We're always having deep chats about life, I appreciate him so much. Ima get them all cute little valentines day gifts 🥰
A girl in my class also said she likes my water bottle, so I think ima gift her one, ima ask what her favourite colour is tomorrow and see if I can find one that colour for her 💕
I’M PUMPED I’VE GOT ONLY 13 ASSIGNMENTS LEFT IN A CLASS AND I’M DONE WITH IT LET’S DO THIS

Personal Attributes
These are attributes of a personal nature, they can make up who you are as a person and usually what you give off in yourself and how you act, and these are what the kind of things that the employers and schools want from you.
They want people to be independent and punctual and to be able to work in teams and it just improves your cohesion into the team and it’s what they really want from you as an effective and efficient member of their team.
For example problem solving is an important attribute to have in the work place as it allows you to solve problems that arise in the workplace and lets you for filled your job roll if you were for example a manager of a network.
Interpersonal skills
Verbal communication is an interpersonal skill, and it is spoken words or conversations between two people, this is usually used in daily life for socialising or perhaps discussing work related problems, it mainly relies on your hearing senses to operate.
Written communication I an interpersonal skill also, it is a form of communication that will be written down, so either a letter, a text or email etc. It is usually used to socialise or in a work setting to talk to peers or get updates from bosses ASAP as many are on the computer which can be replied to in seconds.
Tips on presenting effectively!
· Keeping eye contact with your audience
With many people, it is accustomed to look at them in the eye but others eye contact can be tough but scientifically proven that looking at the mouth area is an acceptable substitute, but as long as you aren’t just reading off your sheets and glaring over them then it looked more professional and feels like you’re interacting with the audience more
· Speaking at a controlled pace
Making sure you don’t rush very your words are important here, if you have a 10 minute presentation but end up completing it in barely 3 mins because you’re flustered and have sped up your slides into overdrive then it won’t let anyone else even take in the information, but if you slowly take apart all of your presentation then it will be more effective.
· Leaving things to the imagination
Try and leave out the information on the screen, replace it with funny or relatable images then explain your points on your presenter notes, not only will it probably leave the meeting less boring but it doesn’t insult the audience by just reading things to them.
· Bringing things to their attention
You could use laser pointers or animations in slides to highlight important or certain points in your presentations to spice it up a bit and get you points across.
· Preparation before hand
Make sure you go through your work before hand to know what you’re saying beforehand and then can make any edits to words or sentences that don’t work or sound right, but also it helps you in advance to not stumble over any words and also boost your confidence in your skills.
