why it is SO HARD to lose weight when I really need and want to like I have moments In life when I was like:
oh I wonder how much kg I am 🤔 (it was school and I ate only whatever I saw on kitchen and slept like 5-6 hours everyday basically just SHITTY day routine)
and guess what? my scales showed that I am like 49 kg or smth like that
BUT when I want to lose some weight for school yk summer glowup thing and all NOTHING CHANGES like I sleep for 8-9 hours, 2-3 liters of water healthy food and even some exercises for week straight aaaand…
I was 51 kg and I still am. LIKE WTF?????? not even maybe 300-500 grams???? HOW?????? I’m sooo mad (jk I am happy with my current weight too) BUT STILL I want to weight maybe 48 kg? or 47 idk it’s just for now my waist is a little bigger than when I weighed slightly less and looks little thicker than it is 🥹
