We’re back with another post about Cyareclones.
This time… scamming their clients!
We became aware of the issue by a user named @/ROADWECKS on twt, who made a public tweet about not receiving their order with no response after multiple attempts to reach out. Slowly more started to fill in.
ROADWECKS have mentioned that Cyareclones seems to be deleting 1-Star reviews.
Here are the remaining tweets/dms and reviews of folks never receiving their items after months of no communication from cyareclones.
Instagrams users; both comments were made around April.
Since cyareclones website is closed from the public, we’re unable to see the reviews and track if they’re being deleted.
However we did find a website that views their shop and we were able to snatch the remaining 9 1-stars reviews. (We also found a second website that views their shop but it has been deleted. Suspicious timing if you ask us)

If you have reached this far, thank you for reading. We understand that cyareclones may be a busy person, but coming back from Con (May 10), finishing first year of collage and publicly announcing more products to sell before they head to their next Con (June 22 and 23) is very telling. With college out of the way, your first priority should be getting your customers their items back (or refund them). You can miss a day of Con when it comes to your clients getting their products that they PAID for.
This is scamming. Since February/March, they have been waiting and waiting and what is happening right now; they’re being scammed.
You scammed $7,000+ as bellatoons. You’re back to scamming as Cyareclones. What is the saying that many older folks like to say?

We have a thread on Twitter/X on clients not receiving their items since February/March, and we will continue to update the thread if the clients received their order, still no communication from cyareclones, or more folks reporting in about being scammed.
First time getting one of these scams. The first red flag was they wanted to commission me lol. (I'm much more comfortable doing trades because I'm bad at time management and following through that gives me anxiety when I feel like I'm late and then I ghost, so not the best when it comes to paid things.) Second red flag was they didn't care that the art I do produce for commissions is not what they had seen or "liked" on my page. Digital cartoonish vs traditional realism. Third was they wanted to use a check.
Folks don't accept checks when PayPal or other online money transfers exist. Checks are going to be bounced, you will be in the negatives, and the scammers win.

Hey so I've been seeing all of what's going on, and I haven't really interacted with cyareclones, I can confirm the circle they kept are known to be massive bullies. It's an open secret for a lot of fic writers. It's especially targeted at the reader insert crowd. A couple of them wouldn't even keep it private and openly mock others on the dash. A lot of tbb fans were targeted sheerly for being into tbb. Any criticism of anyone in that group is automatically dismissed as racism, no matter the topic or if the issue presented was actually a valid one. So it's not just cyareclones but their whole inner circle is rotten
Yes, we were told that they were apart of a group that harassed and threatened to dox people over clones-ship (we shared our thoughts on clonexclones. It’s problematic on its own, yes, but to bully and threaten to dox people over it is even more problematic. Block and move on if you’re not into that 👍). Some users have come forward about leaving their servers, blocking them across platforms for bad vibes and how they took a 180 and started to talk shit about TBB artists and accused them of racism, or in support of whitewashing despite most of them being against racism/whitewashing, and many other things that resulted in public harassment. To hear that they go off (or associates with a group) on Reader insert crowd is really disappointing to hear.
One user via Twitter has told us that they had a channel where they would talk negatively about clone arts and it was an overall bad vibes as they were tearing clone arts and/or artists instead of criticizing/educating them. 
(Unfortunately, we were told that today on September 20th, that Cyareclones has most likely nuked all their servers.)
I got scammed by Cyaraclone. I ordered back in March and I was so excited because I really loved their art. They had a sale and that’s when I put in a big order getting keychains, pins and Prints that added up to about $75. I knew they were having a sale and expected my stuff not to arrive for like 3 weeks. A month rolled around and got no update. I reached out on IG and email. 7 weeks rolled around and I finally got a email saying my order was shipping. Okay great! I was excited, sure the wait was long and I never got any response to my emails or messages(I sent about two a week trying to get any kind of response) Well my package was left on “Label Created. Date Pending.” So this means the label was printed but nothing arrived at the post office. Months rolled by and I was desperately trying to get a reply. I wasn’t even looking for a refund because I just wanted my items. I finally got a response on Twitter/X in June, saying they have had people having the same issue and that the post Office didn’t send out our packages. They offered to resend the items and if my original package showed up to let them know. I am still waiting. I have since gotten my money back through a refund with my bank. They also posted a email on their IG story that was different from the one on their website, saying to email them about issues on our orders. I did and got no response. Since their relaunch of their new website my order# no longer exists and can’t view it. During this time I had read reviews and found you about how they are a scam. I wish I had known sooner before I ordered anything. I also got emails to leave a review on the items I never got. I left a review. They have since deleted it along with other reviews saying the same issue I had and we never got our items. It’s also frustrating how they keep posting and going to Cons and leave us with no items we ordered and cannot respond to us. I hope this helps others.

We got this question a few days ago,
We wanted to share it at the same time in our Twitter/X account but it’s currently having issues (either we got our account locked or the servers unable to send tweets - it’s fine for DMs and likes, but it’s having problems sending our tweets atm) but we decide to share this as it’s important to note that someone is coming forward about their experience with Cyareclones and not receiving their paid item for a year.
We also apologize for not having our questions box set in for anonymous . We assumed it was the default setting but it wasn’t! You can now send in anonymous messages

For context: twitter user, woopteedooper posted about cyareclones being a scammer / warning the OW community. It shortly blew up and users across communities expressed their opinions on the matter. Some users who were scammed by Bellatoons came forward about their experience and even those were recently scammed by cyareclones.
The situation got messy, and Cyareclones posted a google doc on September 18, trying to explain their side of the matter but was later deleted. Only screenshots of the docs were uploaded and those who knew Bellatoons, call out the lies in their docs. Especially when they claimed to not be Bellatoons.
We’ll be respond to Cyareclones’ doc soon, as we are catching up on what happened since the tweet gained traction.
