These Bacon Buffalo Meatball Subs are a tasty take on a traditional meatball sub. They are full of flavor and heat. The ground beef, pork, and bacon make the meatballs juicy and tasty, and the Buffalo-style hot sauce gives them a spicy kick. You won't want to miss these subs, which come with blue cheese dressing, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on top.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 lb ground pork. 1/2 lb ground bacon. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup hot sauce Buffalo-style. 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 sub rolls. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices.
Instructions: Ground beef, pork, bacon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, milk, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Shape the mixture into meatballs that are about 1.5 inches across. While the pan is on medium heat, brown the meatballs on all sides and cook them all the way through. This should take about 10 to 12 minutes. First, split the sub rolls in half. Then, toast them in the oven or on a griddle until they are just barely brown. After the meatballs are done cooking, put them in a bowl and add more hot sauce if you want. Before putting the subs together, spread blue cheese dressing on the toasted sub rolls. Put in tomato slices, red onion slices, and lettuce leaves. On top of the vegetables, put the bacon buffalo meatballs. If you want, you can add more hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. Enjoy your Bacon Buffalo Meatball Sub while it's still hot!
