City of Edinburgh Council/NHSLothian: Save Pilton Community Health Project #SavePCHP
On Friday 14th December 2018, the Edinburgh Integration Joint Board (made up of directors from NHS Lothian and the City of Edinburgh Council) took the decision to disinvest from Pilton Community Health Project - Scotland's oldest community health project - effectively shutting the project from March 31st 2019, after 34 years of working with the community.
We believe that the decision to close the project is unfair to people in our community and we do not accept it.
