Also, just as a tip, I'm pretty sure the reason the file wouldn't open on your device is because the file wasn't recognized as an html file. That's a simple fix. Just rename the file after you download it and add into the very end of the name ".html" to make your device recognize the file type and then you can open it in chrome or wherever else. Personally I've always preferred downloading html files cuz the layout looks exactly like AO3. Too bad the html doesn't keep my site skin lol.
