milo: chose the imposing/conqueror armour and has enhanced speed and strength. Power is a persona and she needs to feel strong and brave and unstoppable when she's them so they had to look the part. probably looked to media for inspiration for the suit design, but it was just Ideas and she 100% left it into mortums hands to do whatever she thought was best. enhanced speed and strength to feel strong and like she can take on the world...................... also im p sure it's inspired by a Felix rvb quote maybe ? where he says something like if I'm stronger and faster than you then I can beat you ? might be wrong on where I'm remembering that quote from, but it did inspire the loadout, I think she had armour and strength before that

vanya: chose mysterious armour with telepathic enhancers and speed boost. mysterious armour bc he doesn't want people to think of him as being a villain, he wants the focus to be on the heartbreak name and on the fear of his telepathic powers. which is also of course why he goes with telepathic boosters. speed boost is because there's a line somewhere about speed always having been one of sidesteps strengths, and I wanted to lean into that with his fighting special interest. he used to have enhanced armour. uh i don't think he had much input in the design of the armour

sasja: terrifying armour of course, with enhanced armour and strength. no cape. i think "john" told mortum that he (sasja) wants to be a terrifying monster and originally left it at that with the design up to mortum, but idk maybe like update feedback sessions bc i think Terror is so much what sasja wanted (lizard monster) that dr mortum probably didn't get it in one go ? choose this loadout so he can hit really hard and tear shit up and be terrifying, and enhanced armour so that he can't be stopped

1. doesn't necessarily use labels for himself, but is shrug-emoji-hand-wavy aware that hes agender or something like that if he Were to label it. uses any pronouns in theory, but people just assume that he's a man and use he/him pronouns for him and he has no interest in correcting people or having a discussion about his gender identity so no one knows that and everyone just uses he/him for him

2. yeah i would describe him as agender or non-gender. i wouldn't describe him as regene-gender and he wouldn't think of himself that way either. oh i would also use genderqueer to describe him

3. feels incredibly neutral about his gender and basically never thinks about it. he does not give a shit about it or how people perceive it/him.

Vanya

1. identifies as a cisgender man.

2. bigender man/woman. genderfluid. transgender.

3. if joe is "i suppose most people would see me as a man", then vanya is "i was always good at being what i was supposed to be." he does not question his gender because why would he. he is a man and he's always been a man so why would he think any different. but then he becomes marta and he feels happy and light and beautiful and for the first time in his life he wants people to look at him instead of just trying to be overlooked. but he still doesn't question his gender, even though he'd rather be marta most days than not; he just likes going girlmode. until he's Stuck that way and now he's feeling dysphoria in martas body and wishing he could go back to his own

3. she knows that she's not a man or a woman, a girl or a boy. she feels like she's a failure sometimes because of this, but she feels like she's a failure a lot of the time for basically everything so... she likes the androgeny that she's built for herself. she likes to just be herself without having to mask or change any of it
