Victoria, about Trinity: Matching your freak is beautiful and all but what you really is a girl who's infatuated with your freak. Down bad for your freak. Deeply intrigued by your freak. Eager to see more of your freak Supportive of your freak. Gets bricked up witnessing your freak, even.
Last night, Victoria didn’t want to go home and face her mom, so Trinity invited her to stay the night with her and Dennis for the first time. After arguing for a while over who would sleep in Trinity’s bed (“this is your house, I’m not kicking you out to the couch” “it’s your BIRTHDAY, Crash, I’m not making you crash on the couch. What kind of host would that make me?”) they decided that there was enough room for them to share. Victoria shyly commented that it was like a sleepover, and that she’d never been to one before. And the last thing Trinity said before they drifted off to sleep was, “Don’t worry, I’ll have you over for a real sleepover soon. It’s gonna be the best.”
Trinity and Victoria wait a good while before they start telling people at the Pitt that they’re dating, and they wait even longer to tell Victoria’s parents. And during that time, Trinity has the very exciting revelation that she is Victoria’s Secret. She thinks it’s the funniest thing ever and starts telling this joke to the few people who do know (Dennis, Mel, Samira) as often as she can, and it gets to the point where Victoria almost decides to tell everyone just to get her to shut the fuck up

Victoria and Trinity's love language is ragebaiting, and Victoria's favorite way to ragebait Trinity is to remind her how much younger she is.
"Party in the U.S.A." comes on at the thrift store, and Trinity makes a passing comment that she loved this song in middle school. Victoria hums and nods, then waits a beat, smirking, and says, "I didn't know this place played the oldies station." Then she practically skips away to look at the skirts with a shit-eating grin on her face, leaving Trinity completely dumbfounded by the shelves of cowboy boots.
They treat a mother with a broken wrist together, and while they're charting, Trinity coos at her little boy's adorable Finding Nemo backpack. Victoria responds with, "That movie came out before I was born." Trinity just stares at her and doesn't even hear when Dr. Mohan calls them to help with a trauma.
Trinity invites her over to watch High School Musical with her and Dennis, and after the movie, she's telling them about how the soundtrack was all she listened to for a solid two years after it came out and how she got in trouble for wanting to dress as Troy Bolton for Halloween. Dennis tells them about how his brothers made fun of him for watching it, and they turn to Victoria to give her a chance to share her story. She makes a big show of checking her phone and telling them, "I was only six months old when it came out, so it was already a cult classic by the time I watched it." Trinity gets up and goes into her room, and Victoria finds her lying facedown on her bed with the lights off. She's never laughed so hard in her life.

An old man came into my work earlier tonight wearing this shirt
And now I’m imagining Trinity buying it for Victoria as a joke after hearing her insist that she tripped on their first day for the hundredth time
Victoria didn’t talk to her for a full day and Trinity was too scared to call her Crash for nearly a month
Later, Victoria told Trinity that she should have it since she’s the clumsy one. She gasped and declared that she was going to get her for that, but she tripped almost as soon as she started chasing her, so that argument died pretty quickly. But she got Victoria to kiss her better even though she wasn’t hurt, so she wasn’t too upset about being laughed at
It’s their laundry day shirt now, and whenever Dennis sees one of them wearing it he asks if they’re going to break up again. Their response is always “I’ll give you a random gravity check”
I recently got back from a road trip in the Mount Rushmore/Yellowstone/Grand Teton region, and there was so much huckleberry stuff! I had huckleberry ice cream multiple times and bought just about every huckleberry flavored thing I could find, and that was only like 15% motivated by my obsession with The Pitt (huckleberries are really good!) But there was also a lot of huckleberry merch that wasn’t food, and with every new thing I found, I couldn’t help but think about Trinity being on vacation (with Victoria ofc) and wanting to buy every huckleberry thing in sight as a gag gift for Dennis and thinking it’s the funniest thing ever. Then I saw this, and this scene immediately took over my brain
Dennis: Hey guys, welcome home! How was your trip?
Victoria: It was great! Yellowstone is so beautiful!
Trinity: Oh yeah, it’s absolutely breathtaking. And guess what, Huckleberry? I got you a souvenir!
Dennis: Wait, really? Wow, thanks Trin- *sigh* really?
Trinity *doubled over with laughter*: I had to! It’s so perfect for you!
Victoria: There was so much huckleberry stuff, I had to literally drag her away to stop her from spending all her money on it. You’re lucky I didn’t let her see the overalls.
Dennis: Thank you. I’m glad you guys had a good time.
Victoria: You wanna see pictures after she tires herself out?
Dennis: Ooh, yes please!
For her 13th birthday, Victoria’s parents took her to New York City to see Hamilton on Broadway, as sort of a final hurrah before she started college and wouldn’t have time for such things. It was probably the best birthday of her life at this point, since she’d been obsessed with the musical since it came out three years prior. She absolutely adored it, but something about it confused her. Every time she’d listened to the soundtrack, she had never understood how Hamilton could cheat on Eliza with Maria Reynolds like that! But for some reason, seeing the show in person made her understand his perspective a lot more…
