This is fucking it. Once again, I stumble upon plagiarism so ridiculously transparent that I cannot believe nobody caught it for five long years.
On the left, ladies and gentlemen, is a portrait of Baron Vladimir Harkonnen from the 2020 Folio Society edition of "Dune". It caught my eye today for a very specific reason: that I saw that exact angle, expression and general facial features before, and worse still, I knew where.
So Mr ARTEEST, Sam Weber of Bronx, NY, just fucking went and traced a promotional photo of Scott Adkins as Killa Harkan in the 2019 movie John Wick: Chapter 3: Parabellum. And was paid a considerable amount of money for that.
And like I said, I have a certain (massive) amount of disrespect for hacks trying to pull a fast one on their clients and audience. After another hack just traced the poster for John Wick 2, but with a furry in place of Keanu Reeves, and whined how AI is "stealing his job" (the "job" in question being mindless copying the work of others 1:1), I cannot treat such declarations seriously.
