So much new info!
First, I’m pretty sure this prince is Sam Corbett’s character. I wonder whose heads he’ll turn? I doubt Sabrina’s, though I could definitely see her just being so unimpressed with his haughty attitude and taking him down a few dozen pegs. Other than that, the only young female witches we have are the Weird Sisters and Elspeth. With Prudence and Ambrose off hunting Blackwood and on pretty solid ground relationship wise, she’s probably out. That leaves Dorcas, which could create some interesting conflict since she and Melvin seemed to actually be starting to like each other, Agatha, or Elspeth. Guess we’ll have to see!
His comment about Lilith hanging onto the throne “no matter what” makes me wonder if we will get to see some conflict in Hell. Not everyone is going to be happy with her rule or with her thwarting their apocalypse, and while she seems to be stronger than even the Princes of Hell, I doubt she could take on their armies without one of her own, and that means full-on war.
I’m so down for a creepy carnival!!! Seriously, I love it, and I can’t wait to see what sort of trouble everyone gets into. I’m envisioning Zelda letting the academy students loose on the mortal world for the night and instantly regretting it. I wonder if we’ll see Mary a lot in the episode too, since she is, or was, always down for a good scare.
Other info from the interview says we’ll find out in the first episode where Blackwood ran off to and see a new (which I’m hoping means darker) side to Ambrose and Prudence, while Zelda and Hilda are focused on rebuilding the coven and figuring out their new religion and maybe even looking for other witches to join it.
