Indulge in the perfect harmony of flavors with this grilled salmon paired with a smooth Pinot Noir. The delicate, flaky salmon complements the subtle fruitiness and earthy notes of the Pinot Noir, creating a dining experience that is both elegant and satisfying.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. 1 bottle Pinot Noir wine.
Instructions: Salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and lemon juice should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets that are in a shallow dish. For 30 minutes, let it sit. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Take the salmon out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade. Grill the salmon for four to five minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it. With a cold glass of Pinot Noir, serve it hot.
