First time visiting the South of Japan! It's so beautiful and quiet here - a welcome respite after 1.5 weeks in Tokyo. Instead of a sea of people, I was simply at the sea. As a YOI fan, it's a once in a lifetime chance to visit the town that is featured in the Show, while the #SagaonIce event is happening. But even non-YOI fans would fall in love with Karatsu, I think! We've been walking and eating through Karatsu the past 24 hours! This set of coffee and lemon cake was the cutest! I'm pretty amazed at the effort put into the various food dishes and merchandise for the show, by local businesses in town.
