Today I taught my last class at Heal One World in LA. It really has been a privilege to be able to practice with and teach a group of students that shared one big trait: their will to learn and practice.  They are true yogis in that they came back week after week to continue to practice and to be open to witnessing what change can be wrought by this practice.  The change may be small, it may only be apparent between beginning and end of a class or it may, at some point, manifest itself as a more durable evolution.  Either way it takes a willing student to open his or her mind to noticing it.  I am grateful to my students for being willing.  #teaching #teacher #guru #sadhika #gratitude #à¥Â #ðð» My name is Michael Falck.
