It should be pointed out that unless those who are trying to get to America through the Gulf of Mexico are prepared to row for 20-30 miles, they'll just get pushed back to Mexico. The gulf stream pushes from Florida, all the way along the coast, and TO Mexico. Meaning it easy to go one way, and significantly harder to go the other way. Not to mention it's much easier to catch a boat than a random person walking across a low-lying river in the middle of the night.
It maybe easier, but point is they’re gonna go around the damn wall if they have to.
You don't need to watch Negima to enjoy UQ Holder. It's just a spinoff of an earlier series. Sure, there are some plotpoints from earlier on, but nothing that would impact your enjoyment.
