I got to work on the CRASH Machinima Series as an animator.
Hard to describe what a pleasure it has been, Red vs Blue is my favorite piece of art ever, and CRASH feels like a successor to the Recollection era so entirely. I never imagined I would animate for a machinima series, let alone one of this quality alongside some like the immensely talented Chris Dike who worked on rvb itself.
With things being so fucking dire in the animation industry these days, working with @b00mrang on this has been such a breath of fresh air.
Its only two scenes at this point plus a bonus animation we decided not to use for the last episode of EZ Does it Radio, but I hope fans enjoyed and support the show in the future, there is so much more to come.
First, he's tortured to the point of fragmentation and amnesia, then he's isolated with "idiots," next he sees Tex and she "dies", twice, then he is transferred to an empty base to be left alone for 14 months.
Way to be someone's blorbo Church.
Just finished rewatching RvB season 6, and oof, I forgot how it ends. Oh that was a great way to end it. Genuinely *chef's kiss* the Director reveal. It's great.

I was mostly spazzing tf out ‘cuz Caboose didn’t wanna leave Church’s body behind but he did.
And then Church sacrificing himself (not knowing he wouldn’t survive) when the EMP went off

I got to work on "EZ Does It Radio" A spin-off of the CRASH machinima series.
RVB and Monty Oum inspired me to become an animator, getting to work on what I consider to be RVB's truest successor was incredibly cool. @b00mrang and his team are good people. And if your an RVB fan still craving something to fill the void, I can't recommend CRASH enough. Especially if Reconstruction in particular was you jam.
