Here’s the #ForumTheatre facade along #RussellSt. You can see the block of presumably admin offices at the right - only quite narrow from the aerial photo. When the demolished the genuine #Brutalist Greater Union #RussellSt Cinemas (1978, Ron G Monsborough, itself replacing a remodelled 1908 theatre) they replaced it with the neo-#Brutalist QT Hotel by Sydney architect Angelo Candelpas, 2016, who specialises in restrained neo-Brut.
