That is a very good question. Rusco never met the guy himself, so he's not quite sure what to think of him, all of the stories Rusco hears about Fëanor make him question why his parents ever followed him, at first, but then he hears of what Fëanor was like before the Darkening of Valinor, and he starts to understand a little on why his parents followed him, Rusco can see what a great Leader Fëanor could have been if it weren't for the Oath. He doesn't agree at all with the Alqualondë incident though, he does not blame Feanor's sons for everything that has happened, well not all of them at least. So in conclusion, Rusco isn't quite fond of him, but he's still not quite sure.
