RunningRegimen 11/14/12
Had to wait three days since last run for recovery. Usual stretches and 5 minute warm up. 14:00 minutes total: 1:30 run then 1:00 walk. 5 minute cool down. Minor shin pain, and moderate/intense arch pain. The running in general felt more difficult today. Probably didn't help I ate like 100 goldfish less than an hour before.
Just started my running regimen.
The army is getting closer and I'm only getting older. Might as well start asap! I need to start marking my progress and try to keep myself accountable on here, so sorry to my followers if I spam you with some random posts on running journals.
11/10/12: 5 minute walking warm up. 11:17 of running/walking. 1:30 running on, 30 seconds walking. Pretty lame. Last 4 minutes just running . 5 minute warm down. Tired, but no shin splints. Feeling pretty good. It was cold.
