How Fast to train?
The Especially For You Breast Cancer 5K run is in 24 days. This has been my goal for a while now. I started "training" two weeks ago, but for the past week I have been sick and just now can breath again. I am 86% sure I could run a mile if I tried, and in my best shape I never ran over 2 miles at one time (never tried). If I started running every day from now until the day before the race (Oct. 5) would it be possible to run the 5K?

Running Sickness question
Hello everyone, I had a 3.5 mile run this morning and after I felt horrible. I was dizzy, nauseous, and had to go to the bathroom right away, with my stomach churning. I know I was hydrated, but I don't know what else could have brought this on. It's happened two times before in the past two months and it only happens with shorter distances. Does anyone have a suggestion of what the cause might be?
