Running .. Or walking back to happiness ??

As you know I’ve been struggling with my back big time and it’s causing me immense upset, frustration and pain. I’m at my wits end as to what to do . After an intensive 6 months of walking and lately weights to be Brought to a total dead stop is like having me arm cut off .ive discovered so much about myself and my body thorough exercise there is no,way at all I’m letting things slide !

Sunday morning was beautiful ! So I decided to body put a bit. I’ve also been dying to try out the fabulous @proviz switch jacket that was Sent to me as part of a prize from the amazing people at www.healthista.com . The jacket is amazing ! It’s reversible - gray in one side and luminous on the other -‘let’s just say that evie had no problem finding me in the forest ! The Jacket is beautifully made to an extremely high standard It has high visibility and reflective materials that keep you save when running in these awful dark mornings or evenings,. it also looks great on! The jacket has two side pockets , two side vents and perforated reflective materials to aid breathabilty and stop that hot and sweaty feeling . It has a two way reversible zipper with puller and a low profiled rear spray guard ..and the best bit ? It can be chucked in the machine and washed ! The sleeve are raglan sleeves so easy to run as there is plenty of freedom for the arms to move .. It’s a brilliant jacket and one I will get loads of use out off.

The walking , how did that go ? Well the good news is that I walked 3k which Is nothing like as good as I’ve done previously . I’m usually power walking - this was more strolling . But it’s better than nothing and sitting on the couch! I’m going to try and build up the strength in my back gradually and hopefully will still be on track for the 10k.
