先日、月に一度通っているクリニックまで薬をもらいに行ってきました。

いつもは待合室が患者さんでたくさんのクリニックですが、先日はかなり空いていました。

院内の導線も変更されていたり、スタッフの方と対面するところはビニールがしっかり張られていました。

いつも混んでいても回転はめちゃくちゃ早いのですが、先日はさらに対応が素早く、注射も含めてものの15分かからないくらいで終わりました。

早めに来たので、終わってもまだ11時くらい。

どうしようかなーと思いつつ、そうだっ…と、

帰りに広尾で途中下車し、気になっていたトリュフベーカリーでパンを買うことに。

お店は駅のすぐそばなのですが、改札を出たあたりからパンの焼けるいい匂いがしておどろきました。

こちらも並ぶことなくスムーズに買えました。

トリュフのパンは中にもトリュフソルト？みたいなものが入っていて、トリュフの香りがすごい。パンもフワもちでおいしい。

ラムレーズンクリームは少し酸味があってスッキリクリーミィ…。レーズンも粒が大きくてうれしい。

バケットはカリッとモチー。

Ingredients: 1 cup dark chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup dark rum. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup raisins.

Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. A 8x8-inch baking pan should be greased. To make the chocolate chip and butter smooth, melt them together in 30 second bursts in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Add the sugar and mix it in well. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to mix well after each one. Add dark rum and vanilla extract and mix well. There should only be a little bit of flour, cocoa powder, and salt mixed in. Stir in the raisins slowly. Spread the batter out evenly in the pan that has been prepared. If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with wet crumbs, the cake is done. Let the brownies cool in the pan for a while before cutting them into squares.
