I also have been working on plans to bring back RTX. Originally I was gonna use my company @ranchertoads to make it and call it RTXpo'd. We picked RT initials to be a life boat for, and legally would add the po'd part after our convention toad Expo'd.
But then Burnie bought back the rights (hooray 🎉), and I have been working on proposals for how to make a financially sound RTX in 2026.
I am not ready to produce the whole document with costs, income, breakdowns, venues, occupancy, guest costs, and all that. But I want to give you all a general idea of my plans, especially as I am including my meet and greet add on party ideas.

The add on meet and greet party costs include autographs and pics. Part of cost for these will go the guests, ensuring they are compensated/paid.
And while the ACC is being rebuilt, we have accounted for that. Majority will be in the hotel, and other nearby venue spaces.
