Let’s start getting back to normal a little. :) The miscarriage is still taking its time to happen, still waiting for the actual passing of tissue, but I spent the day in hospital yesterday being monitored for abnormal heavy bleeding, severe abdominal pains and feeling very faint and ill from it. I’m at home on bed rest now feeling much better, with more time off work to recover physically and continue coming to terms with losing the baby. We won’t get to meet our little Lost Boy or Girl in December and realise that will probably be a tough month, triggering memories of what’s happened but I’m hopeful we’ll get pregnant again. :) It’s been interesting to find out from friends and family who have miscarried themselves on the first go and then gone on to have successful pregnancies and healthy babies. Fingers crossed.
I’m itching for creative outlets because this is taking a long time so it’ll be good for me to work on things while I let my body go through expectant management. Things may happen where I need surgery or medicine to push it along further but I really can’t predict what’s going to happen. So let’s get on with things and go with the flow for now. I do have to take this day by day, it’s a very up and down time.
I’ve been writing some original stuff to keep my mind things and now I want to spend some time reblogging stuff on here to help build me back into this tumblr. Nothing huge, I need to take things slowly but I’d like to enjoy reblogging things that remind me of the wonderful characters we’ve created or talk headcanons for canon characters. Any suggestions are welcome. :)
